A Guide for New and Developing Participants
Welcome to the BC Wheelchair Basketball Community!
As a new, developing, and/or potential participant we realize you probably have lots of questions about the sport of wheelchair basketball like if this is the right opportunity for you, how to get started, and what opportunities there are for involvement just to name a few. We hope this guide will help you get the information you need to answer some of your questions and determine your next steps to begin your wheelchair basketball experience. We also hope to introduce you to all that BC Wheelchair Basketball has to offer you to support you with your new journey and for those looking to take their sport development to higher levels.
The "Ready to Play" guide allows you to click through short presentations highlighting key information. In each section there is also a resource section linking you to additional videos and guiding you to additional information on the BCWBS website.
