BC Wheelchair Basketball saddened by the passing of Paralympian Ian Chan.

BC Wheelchair Basketball joins BC Wheelchair Sports and Wheelchair Rugby Canada in mourning the passing of Paralympian Ian Chan.

Ian was an incredible young man and was part of a huge extended community and dear friend and mentor to many. He was known to so many of the wheelchair basketball community as well and once played in our BC- CWBL league.

We are deeply saddened by his sudden passing and extend our thoughts and prayers to the his family and the wheelchair rugby community.
