Registration is now open for the 2013 Junior Challenge Wheelchair Basketball Festival. The festival will take place from Nov 9 to 10 and is open to everyone between 8 and 24 years old, plus those between 24 and 30 with less than two years of experience.
The early bird registration deadline is October 18th, and all applications must be in by October 28th at the latest. To register, click here to download the registration form and return it to Makiko at makiko@bcwbs.ca.
For players age-eligible for BC Games (born between Jan 1, 1991 – Dec 31, 2001):
Zone 3, 4, 5 players: This will also be your tryout so please make sure to register if you wish to be considered for the teams.
Zone 7, 8 players: Your tryout will be on Nov 2/3 in PG. However, you are of course welcome and encouraged to participate in the Jr. Challenge Festival for your experience and development.
Zone 1, 2, 6 players: Please contact your zone reps about your zone’s tryout. Again, you are welcome and encouraged to participate in the Jr. Challenge Festival for your experience and development.
