BC Breakers bring home Silver at 2023 CWBL Women's Nationals

The 2023 CWBL Women's National Championship tournament concluded April 16, 2023.

The BC Breakers met Team Quebec in the Gold medal game and lost by a score of 67-24

Sunday’s final was a rematch of the 2022 gold medal game, which B.C. won 66-52.

It is the first time since 2019 that Quebec has won the women’s title.

Rosalie Lalonde and Cindy Ouellet each had 16 points in the win for Quebec. Sandrine Berube added 11 points and six rebounds.

BC was paced by Lannette Boland, who had a team-high eight points. Katie Miyazaki added six points and 10 rebounds.
