North Delta Program Winter 2025

North Delta Wheelchair Basketball Program - Game Night

Dates:  Wednesdays – bi-weekly between January 15th to March 26th

Time:    7-9pm

Venue: North Delta Recreation Centre -  11415 84 Ave,Delta BC V4C 2L9

Ages:    12+

Levels: All

* For a quality experience, a participant must be in a health condition that allows them and others to play sport safely, be able to push a sport wheelchair without anyone's support, and be able to follow program leaders' instructions without anyone's support.  

‍Fee:      FREE (BCWBS Membership Required)

Program Descriptions:

Skills Night - Skills drills and on-court work out, finishing with scrimmage . Levels - All - This is for anyone who are keen to develop their skills and to work on their conditioning.  

Game Night - Scrimmage games, with modified rules as needed, with an official (subject to availability) Levels - All - This is for anyone who are keen to develop their skills and learn through officiated scrimmage games.

Equipment:

Limited number of sport wheelchairs are available at the venue. For a quality training/game experience, we would recommend the participants to bring their own sport wheelchair if possible.

Non-BCWBS members that never participated in any BCWBS programs in the past can attend once without becoming a member.
